3 Birds Bio regularly collects gently worn clothing, shoes, and household items for donation to an orphanage.  After a job is complete we ask the family of the decedent if they’d like to give any of the decedent’s clothing to the orphanage, and most families are usually more than happy to donate.

The orphanage we donate to runs a thrift store.  Whatever clothing and shoes cannot be used by the children at the orphanage, gets sold in the thrift store to buy food and school supplies.  Donated items are brought to the orphanage 4 to 6 times a year.  During those trips we also try to send dried food goods, sanitary products for the teenage girls, baby wipes, diapers, pullups, pencils, paper, and spiral notebooks.  There are roughly 24 children at the orphanage ranging from infant to 18 years old.
